Minori
Minori is an incredible up-and-coming brand in the beauty industry. As they prepared to take the market by storm, they knew they needed elevated and on-brand emails to nurture their audience and drive conversions. They were already set up in Klaviyo, albeit with very simple designs and only a few automations.
The challenges
→ The Minori brand is beautiful, elevated, and extremely intentional. They needed emails to reflect the brand quality and story.
→ As Minori grew and website traffic increased, they needed to collect email subscribers through a strategic opt-in form on the website.
→ They were in the midst of launching several new products for which they didn’t yet have assets, so the email flows needed to be adaptable to accommodate updates later down the road.
The solutions
→ The creation of new, on-brand email flows for the welcome, post-purchase, review request, abandoned cart, and browse abandoned flows (the essentials).
→ The setup of the Klaviyo Reviews software and a transition out of their previous review platform Okendo.
→ The development of a pop-up form with on-brand copy, thoughtful imagery, and mobile optimization.
→ Continued support along the way with copy edits, email template creation, and SMS campaign tips for a holistic, well-rounded marketing strategy.
The results
