Hello EM

The owner of this small boutique was looking for ways to take her business to the next level. As a growing online boutique with the goal of getting away from selling at markets and increasing online sales, she knew she needed a more robust email strategy. While she was sending some emails in Shopify, she didn’t quite know what the next step was. We stepped in to guide her through the transition to Klaviyo, providing the tools and strategies necessary to capture revenue and build a more powerful email marketing system.

→ We created several opt-in forms for the website to grow her email and SMS lists and increase customer retention. 

→ To ensure long-term success, we created training videos, so she felt confident managing her email campaigns moving forward.

The results

→ The welcome flow is generating more than $8 per recipient, which is incredible for this small brand!

→ The pop-up form submit rate has tripled and is now at a healthy 3.3%.
